Mr. Danny Arnold Seagraves, age 61, of Winfield, passed away Friday, December 6, 2019 in the Northwest Medical Center in Winfield.

Danny is survived by his wife of 14 years, Jeanette Huguley-Seagraves, his children, Daniel Seagraves, David Seagraves, and Monica Seagraves, grandchildren, Melissa, Braden, Lossen, Jarrett, Alyssa, Waylon and Jase, step children, Jennifer Harkness, Chad and Magen Westbrooks, sisters, Fran Snides and Dede Wilt, and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Franklin and Lillian York Seagraves and a brother, Kevin McCloud.

A memorial service for Danny will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. from the Bowen Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. (service time). Brother Jerry Key will be the officiating ministeter. Bowen Funeral Home of Winfield serving the Seagraves family.

Mr. Elton Leeander Cagle, better known as Toby, age 86, of Brilliant in the Twin Community, passed away Friday, December 6, 2019 at his residence. Toby was a member of Center Methodist Church, and retired from P & M Coal mines, he enjoyed fishing, logging and being outdoors.

Toby is survived by his wife of 28 years, Pat Cagle, a daughter, Nikki Tucker (Eddy) of Brilliant, son, Tim Mace (Alicia) of Brilliant, four granddaughters, Kaiti Akers (Scott) of Brilliant, Makenzie Finch (Zev) of Aliceville, Sarah and Anna Mace both of Brilliant, two great grandchildren, Bentley Akers and J.B. Posey and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Eula Alexander Cagle, four sisters, Daisy Harris, Elouise Jackson, Ella Dean Perry and Joann Stewart, and four brothers, Hardin, Uyless, Melvin and Doyce Cagle.  

Funeral services for Mr. Cagle will be held on Monday, December 9, 2019 from the Bowen Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Center Cemetery. Bro. Mr. Donald Dewayne Gilley better known as Dude or Donny, age 59, of Winfield, passed away Friday, December 6, 2019 in the Walker Baptist Medical Center in Jasper.

Donnie was a 1978 graduate of Winfield City High School; he enjoyed the outdoors and wood working.

He is survived by his wife, Diane Tucker Gilley of Winfield, his children, Kristy South (Brian) of Winfield, Matt Gilley of Fayette and Zach Gilley (Jessica) of Winfield, grandchildren, Chandler, Blake, Hudson, Madison, Presley, Holden, Sawyer, T. J. and Landon, and his mother, Lou Gilley of Winfield and a host of other relatives and friends. Mr. Gilley was preceded in death by his father, Donald Ruble Gilley and a brother Kenny Gilley.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, December 8, 2019 from the Bown Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Liberty Cemetery near Rock City. Brother Bobby Barnes and Jeremy Harris will be the officiating ministers. The visitation will be held on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. (service time) at the funeral home.

Mrs. Kristy Rena Estes Smith, age 45, of Winfield, passed away Friday, December 6, 2019 in the St. Vincent's Medical Center in Birmingham.

Kristy was a 1992 graduate of Hubbertville High School and a life long member of the Davis Chapel Church of Christ. She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Chris Smith, daughters, Kendra Smith Angwin (David), Kelsey LeAnn Smith, Emily McLemore (Anthony) all of Winfield, her father, Enoch “Junior” Estes of Winfield, a sister, April Estes Oden (Chris) of Winfield, and a brother, William Danathan Estes (Sunny) of Hamilton, five grandchildren, William Kole and Jaxon Dean Smith, Chaselynn Rena, Rylan Kate and Collier Joseph McLemore and a host of neices, nephews and other relatives and friends. Kristy was preceded in death by her mother, Jewel Dean Tidwell Estes.  

Funeral services for Kristy will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 from the Tidwell Chapel Church of Christ near Eldridge, with burial to follow in the adjoining cemetery. Levi Sides will be the officiating minister. The visitation will be held on Monday, December 9, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
